Jeff is an associate and is Series 7 and 66 registered. He has also passed the CFA level 1 exam. Jeff works closely with our wealth advisors on portfolio management, financial analysis and client service.
Jeff joined Mitchen Wealth Management in 2022. He is a native of Baton Rouge and graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana State University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.
Prior to working at Mitchen Wealth Management, Jeff had a 21-year career as an LSU police officer. He retired at the rank of Lieutenant in 2020 to complete his finance degree and start a second career in wealth management. During his police career Jeff developed a passion for investing and helping others with personal finance.
Jeff loves grilling, reading and staying active. He travels often with his wife of 22 years and has developed a passion for cruising. He stays busy keeping up with his two high school aged teenagers.
