Patricia Mitchen, M.S.
Operations & Client Service Manager
Patricia is the Operations and Client Services Manager and focuses on managing the office in the areas of operations, client services, compliance, human resources and marketing.
Patricia graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Human and Organizational Development in 2003. After several years in operation manager roles, she went back to school to obtain her masters in Human Resource Development from NYU in 2010.
Patricia's 10+ year career in human resources has taken place in a wide variety of industries including healthcare, retail and education. Most notably, she was the Director of Training and Development at LSU for 7 years, where she managed a team of trainers and provided professional development, consulting and assessment services to support continual improvement of organizational effectiveness.
Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her husband, Eric, and their twin daughters Hannah and Isabella. After work and on weekends, you can find her in her car driving her daughters to soccer, dance, piano and all their various activities. She also has a passion for traveling, fitness, cooking and reading.
