Raymond James welcomes Michigan advisor team managing $125 million

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James recently welcomed a team of five financial advisors to Raymond James Financial Services (RJFS) – the firm’s independent advisor channel – according to David Sisemore, Midwest division director for RJFS.

The team is comprised of advisors Mark Kerr, AAMS®, David DeVantier, Brandon Proctor, Isaiah Bross and Ross Terrasi and are joined by Office Manager Colleen Geftos, Director of Client Services Michelle Ramirez and Paraplanner Drew Ditto. They arrive from Commonwealth Financial Network, where they managed approximately $125 million in client assets. As Village Wealth Management, based in Dundee, Michigan, they provide holistic financial planning and guidance to a variety of clients, specializing in business owners, families and individuals, healthcare professionals and those in or nearing retirement.

“Raymond James brings together the culture, tools and research I need to serve my clients with the clarity and care they deserve,” said Kerr. “I am able to stay focused on guiding clients through life’s changes with confidence and purpose equipped with the resources offered at the firm.”

Kerr brings more than 18 years of industry experience, most recently through affiliation with Commonwealth for nine years. Additionally, he holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ designation.

Bross joined Commonwealth in 2019 and holds six years of overall industry experience. As a financial advisor, he is dedicated to helping families, individuals and small-business owners make and manage their investments, retirement plans and other financial decisions.

DeVantier served at Commonwealth for approximately three years, and his five years of professional experience are backed by a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Siena Heights University. DeVantier loves building connections and relationships with his clients to ensure trust with their financial concerns.

Proctor affiliated with Commonwealth in 2023 and served as a financial advisor for one year prior to joining Raymond James. He has been a professional corporate pilot for 25 years, but his passion lies in helping people reach their financial goals by investing and planning for their retirement.

Terrasi is a financial advisor with a robust background in mortgage lending and real estate finance. He transitioned into financial services in 2015 and joined the practice in 2024.
