Whether you’re a finance major curious about deals and acquisitions in investment banking, a computer engineering major interested in how the latest technology is helping clients manage their wealth, or a management major eager to impact company performance through operations and infrastructure support, we have a program to help you plan out your future.
Participation in any of our exploration programs will give you a jumpstart to your career search through industry exposure, engaging directly with experienced professionals and in workshops designed to build your career skills. Most importantly, successful participants receive recruiting coaching and early access to our highly competitive, award-winning summer internship program. And of course, our best interns receive full-time offers to join Raymond James after graduation.
We are committed to expanding the range of thought and representation in our profession and offer multiple programs to support all students interested in learning and growing with Raymond James.
Our programs
Investment Banking Insights Bootcamp (October 2025 - January 2026)
This three-part virtual series in October provides an overview of investment banking and the critical skills needed in corporate merger and acquisitions. Successful participants may be invited to the in-person, two-day sessions in January.
Career Fast Track (March and May 2026)
We believe good people know the importance of different perspectives and personal experience and how it helps you create professional value. This program gives students access to resources to leverage their individual backgrounds and experiences in the workplace. Spending three days at our global headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida, will increase your knowledge.
Sophomore Showcase (December 2025)
This one-day program gives top students the flexibility to drop in and get aview of life as an associate at Raymond James. We host Sophomore Showcaseevents in multiple locations so that if you are in any of our locations duringwinter or spring, you can come learn about our core business units – wealthmanagement, capital markets, information technology and corporateinfrastructure. You’ll also gain valuable insight into our recruiting process.
How to Apply
We have one common application for all three programs. You are asked to select only ONE program to be considered, and you will be able to choose between the different program dates. After submitting your application, you will receive an email confirming your application has been received (check your SPAM folder if you don’t see it).Selected applicants will receive details for a video interview to answer a few brief questions. All applicants will be notified by the end of December.
